Hoping to give the planet a better future, six astronauts embark upon a covert mission. Looping around the solar system, they return to Earth in 2457 where a shocking discovery greets them. As the crew navigate the complexities of an inscrutable world, nearby inhabitants appear to assist but continually confound their mission. The astronauts are certain that the populace harbour secrets. To add to their grief, the team must deal with internal subterfuge and a spy amongst them. Will they succeed in time and save humanity from itself… or is their faith in their expedition misplaced?
